Educational studies, Elite Research, Coaching, Metaphysics, and Teaching strategies focus on improving and inspiring youth to become the best they can be by developing their study skills, learning strategy, and building confidence. Coach Williams' classes had a very good turn out! The kids really enjoy the class. From what I've seen she is very hands on with her students. She definitely enjoys what she does. I would recommend Coach Anita for anyone that is looking for their child to improve. My son's training was geared to learning and understanding basketball. It also included conditioning and cardio, not just shooting and dribbling. The Excellence Rising program included homework assignments such as watching videos, answering questions, etc.
